Rosemary Roasted Chicken
Tender chicken breast is roasted with fresh rosemaraay from our garden, and sits atop a bed of French baked rice with a light rosemary sauce. Served with seasonal fruit and our freshly baked buttermilk scone with butter and preserves / $18

Grilled Filet of Salmon 
A fresh Atlantic salmon filet is lightly seasoned, grilled to perfection, and accompanied by sautéed garden vegetables and a wild rice medley.  Served with our freshly baked buttermilk scone with butter and preserves / $25

Shepherd’s Pie
An English favorite – delicious pieces of prime rib and garden vegetables cook in a rich brown gravy, topped with mashed potatoes and then oven baked to perfection. Served with our freshly baked buttermilk scone with butter and preserves / $18

Farmer’s Market Vegetable Quiche
A handmade crust is filled with fresh seasonal veggies and baked to perfection. The quiche is served warm, with a mixed green salad and fresh fruit. A perfect light lunch /$16

Island Rice Sate
Skewered tender chicken breast is joined by French baked rice and is topped with fried plantains and a spicy peanut sauce. Served with fresh seasonal fruit and our freshly baked buttermilk scone with butter and preserves / $19

Bombay Chicken Curry
A Tea House favorite – this is one of our most popular dishes. An authentic chicken curry with peanuts, shredded coconut, dried apricots, and golden raisins served on a bed of seasoned rice, then topped with an array of traditional colorful condiments, and finished with our famous mango chutney. English Pasti
Our handmade crust is filled with prime rib and a variety of root vegetables, then baked to a golden brown, and topped with a rich gravy. Served with a mixed green salad and your choice of dressing, along with our freshly baked buttermilk scone with butter and preserves / $22

The Treehouse Tea – For Kids!
This special tea is exclusively for our guests 10 and under! Enjoy a freshly baked buttermilk scone with early California cream and raspberry preserves, your choice of peanut butter and jam, grilled cheese, or turkey and cheese tea sandwiches, and fresh fruit. Selection of loose leaf tea, pink lemonade, or Shirley Temple / $18

The Duchess
Baby spinach leaves are topped with crumbled bacon, plump cherry tomatoes, slivered grapefruit, sliced strawberries, walnuts and fresh goat cheese, tossed with our homemade strawberry-honey vinaigrette. The finishing touch is your choice of blackened chicken breast or Atlantic salmon / $23

The Triple Crown
Fresh Atlantic salmon filets are seasoned and grilled to perfection, and paired with sliced mango and avocado on a bed of mixed greens. Home grown cilantro, tomatoes and red onion add in the final touches, which is served with a light ginger sesame dressing / $23

Queen Mum’s Spring Salad
A mix of spring greens is tossed with grilled chicken breast, sliced pears, imported bleu cheese, slivered red onion and our homemade balsamic dressing. This masterpiece is topped with glazed walnuts and dried cranberries / $22

The Mediterranean
A mix of wild and gathered greens, fresh tabbouleh, tomatoes, red onion, and a tangy Greek dressing topped with the finest feta cheese, garbanzo beans, and Kalamata Olives / $17
