Yes, all wedding ceremonies and or receptions have a venue fee.

Pre and Post events are per person with the package selected.

*Please note any event on the Victorian Lawn will incur a venue fee

We do not allow outside food or drinks apart from a wedding cake (outside dessert fees apply).

All alcohol will be provided by The Tea House on Los Rios

Yes, we require a licensed day-of event coordinator. If you prefer, we can provide one for $1,200.

They can arrive two hours prior to the event's start time to set up. They can use our parking lot to unload & Load equipment then park off premise for event.

All vendors will receive a meal provided by the host, price per person $42.

We will set a time for you to come in for a complimentary tasting once the deposit has been received.

All weddings with receptions have the venue for 8 hours with an end time of

10:00pm. All music will end by 9:50pm, the bar will close 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. The timeline suggested is as follows: 2:00pm Bridal suite and Vendors, 4:00pm Ceremony begins, 4:30pm Cocktails & Hors D'oeuvres, 5:15pm

Dinner & Reception, 10:00pm end, 10:00pm vendors pack up & bridal suite cleared of all personal belongings with exit of venue by 10:30pm

Yes, our beautiful bridal suite is available to you two hours prior to ceremony, if additional time is needed may be accommodated (additional fee may apply)
