Love the Belgian Chocolate tea and I am trying the Jasmine tea! I have also been to your tea services a few times and always love it!!
Belgian Chocolate is one of my 2 consistent favorite Rooibus teas at The Teahouse! It combines my love of chocolate and delicious Rooibus teas! It’s in every order I make to be shipped to me in Wyoming or to wherever I am visiting family! It is light & delicate while robust with delicious flavor!
I generally enjoy chocolate teas, and this was no exception. It’s got a soft but pleasant chocolate creaminess and is excellent with a bit of sugar and milk added to enhance the milk chocolate taste. I like to brew mine double strength so I can add milk and sugar and not dilute the tea. It smells nice dry from the tin as well. It’s nice to have a dessert option that’s much lower in sugar than ice cream or hot cocoa or most candy bars, plus, this has the added health benefits of rooibos.
Not only is the loose leaf tea beautiful, the smell before it steeps is a lovely blend of florals and cocoa. After it steeps, the rich chocolate notes really emerge but the flavor is not overwhelmingly chocolatey. It feels cozy like drinking a cup of hot chocolate, flavorful but not overly sweet. I was really surprised and it has become my new favorite hot beverage to sip on this fall.
Who knew a chocolate tea would be the solution to the problem of drinking caffeine too late in the day? I can make a cup of this around 3pm and the flavor satisfies the afternoon coffee urge. Sometimes I’ll mix it with milk, but mostly enjoy the raw flavor without any additions. Delicious. Will buy again!

I bought 3 more mixes, just in case they run out. The first batch was from a mix that I bought a few months ago and it sat on a shelf because I was intimidated to make it. The process was easy and the result delicious. The mix requires a few ingredients and it’s easy. It’s packaged beautifully for storage or to give us a gift. I love the abundance of currants so you’ll get a currant in every bite. I paired the scones with homemade clotted cream and a quality raspberry jam. Using a 2.5” round cutter, the yield was 16 scones. Our guests brought home the 6 leftovers and raved about the scones all week.
How is this possible? Cookie drink. I love it. It’s amazing. My wife loves it. We’re now cookie monsters, but the tea was so good that it was worth the transformation. We. Love. Cookie. 5 out of 5 cookies.
First time I ordered several samples to try because I love tea. Bourbon Street vanilla who was the first one I tried and it was really really good! I don't add sugar to my teas so this one was very flavored and you can taste the vanilla. Delicious even without sugar!! Can't wait to try the rest!
This flask is so pretty, the perfect size, and it keeps my tea hot. With the incorporated infuser it’s easy to make my tea right in the flask, remove the infuser, and go. I am really happy with this.
