We are a small business, at this time we can not be responsible for the return shipping costs of any preference-based return and only online store credit will be issued. All online store credit can be applied during checkout on our website.
Sale adjustments in the form of store credit will only be granted for orders placed 48 hours prior to a promotion. ( we don’t run sales )

If you purchased a tea and find that you do not enjoy the blend, please contact email@example.com for a one-time store credit ( or better yet, gift it to a friend ). Credit will be in the amount of the item, excluding shipping charges. Credit only, refunds will not be issued at this time.

We take great pride in the quality of each of our products. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Coverage is valid for the original purchaser with the original order number or another proof of purchase.
We offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.
We may request the defective product for further inspection. Once received and inspected, a replacement of the same or "like" item will be shipped.
You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
