First time I ordered several samples to try because I love tea. Bourbon Street vanilla who was the first one I tried and it was really really good! I don't add sugar to my teas so this one was very flavored and you can taste the vanilla. Delicious even without sugar!! Can't wait to try the rest!
This flask is so pretty, the perfect size, and it keeps my tea hot. With the incorporated infuser it’s easy to make my tea right in the flask, remove the infuser, and go. I am really happy with this.
I thought I was getting a great tasting tea, only to find out the label warns it contains soy and wheat. Now why in the world would you need to put soy and wheat in that tea? These are COMMON allergens...and now I paid a lot of money for tea I can't drink because you poisoned it with soy and wheat.
Issue with USPS delivery of a gift was resolved painlessly! I will definitely be a repeat customer :)
This was my first purchase from the Tea House and I'm thrilled with the Bourbon Street Vanilla loose tea. What a deliciously new flavor! I can't imagine that anyone wouldn't love it. It will become a staple in my house, I'm sure.
The Tea House is a great, slightly higher priced experience. The atmosphere is fun and the food has great choices. I bought a gift card for my daughter to experience this place and had it mailed directly to her.. It shipped out quickly and actually arrived before the expected due date. If I could make one suggestion, it would be a nicer envelope. It arrived in a plain white envelope and the USPS sticker covered the whole envelope. Other than that, I would recommend this place it's a memorable experience.
I have been coming to the tea house for more than 20 years and enjoyed passing the love on to my son. I brought the strainer back from my last visit and my son who is an avid loose tea drinker started using it and really enjoyed it. He is moving away so I had to buy him one of his own to take with him.
After tasting assorted teas during brunch at your beautiful teahouse venue and gardens, I had to purchase the private reserve tea because it was so delicious ,very satisfying and exceptional in taste !..not your average tea truly, the best I ever had!!! I have been making it iced and ordered two more cans shipped to my home and even purchased it as gifts to my fellow friend who love iced tea in the summer… It’s the nice hint of flavor and the smoothness that are so appealing ! Can’t wait to explore more varieties of their teas !

We received the bundle of the Bourbon Street Vanilla, Watermelon Oolong, and The Tea House Private Reserve, along with the sample of Mango Breeze. It was a "full sensory experience" from the pretty tins, the amazing scents of each tea, the very fresh looking tea ingredients, and the delicious tastes. We love the packaging and the sample sized tin is adorable! It's also very convenient that the tins are reusable so we're being "Earth friendly" by recycling the tins. All the flavors are delicious, but our absolute favorites are the watermelon oolong and mango breeze. We will definitely be ordering more! If there was an option to attach a photo to this review, I would. Lastly, the label on each tin is great as well. The description, list of ingredients, brewing instructions, and even the caffeine content. You have really thought of everything! You have a new loyal customer in our family.
