I guess I would tell you how the recipient is enjoying the tea, but it hasn’t arrived yet. I ordered from your website on December 12 and note that the package was not shipped until December 16 and the recipient is still waiting to get their Christmas gift. I definitely thought that 12 days to ship the package would be ample but I guess not and I will definitely reconsider getting anything shipped through your business again. Very disappointing.
I got the Herbal Tea sampler for my good friend and she is super excited to try the different tins. Especially with all of the cold weather in Utah

love your holiday tea actually love all your teas. Whenever I’m in California my daughter and my 4 year old granddaughter love to come to the tea house once or twice a visit. We have such a special time together and we make beautiful memories. Thank you for so many wonderful memories. Can’t wait to get back to celebrating with you again.
We had this tea at the The Tea House during a mother/daughter day. It was delicious. We then walked over to The Tea House Store next door to the Tea House and the person at the desk told us about how great the kiwi strawberry tea was iced. In fact, he was drinking some and the area smelled so wonderful. We bought some and tried it iced. It was just as delicious as it was hot. The Store also had lots of other treasures. Another amazing experience at The Tea House/Store. Thanks.
I love the small samplers. My only critique is that there should be a seal on each container.
This is by far my favorite black tea! I use it almost every day! It’s chocolate! Cherry! And the holiday feeling plus that bit of caffeine needed by non-coffee drinkers for just a little more natural energy! I now order 2 large cans in every order - to my home or to my grown children. Love love love it❤️

I got this tea in the black tea sampler and was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved it! I blew through the sample and decided I needed the 100G tin. It is one of my new favourites, I especially enjoy it iced :)
I love this blend iced or hot, any time of day! I especially enjoy it with a splash of milk or lavender. It's so perfect for cozy season. I started with the sample size, but had to go back for the 100G tin!
I opened my box which contained the sample size boxes. There were tea, leaves, and dried fruit all in my box which I thought were decorative, but then I opened my herbal tea sampler box. There were loose all inside the box because one of them had opened. None of the sample tea containers were sealed with a plastic seal. I bought one sampler separate, which has a plastic seal. Also, I think having a seal with be good because I wanted to give some to friends and coworkers. I feel a little awkward giving away tea containers without a seal. I do like that there are labels on the bottom
Accidentally bought 2 of the same product after one card initially declined & then accepted. Unable to contact company for return of unopened 2nd product. Looks like they only give store credit anyway & you pay for postage. Don’t waste your money like I did.
The Chocolate Covered Cherry tea is absolutely delicious, like drinking a Chocolate Cherry Candy without the guilt ,..the tea is refreshing yet relaxing to those quiet time moments we all look forward too…I have even shared my loose tea with friends and family members…highly recommend this tea….the smell in itself is intoxicating…

Went to the tea house back in July i love oolong tea when I saw that they had watermelon oolong i just had to try it, it was just so wonderful. I'm on my second can now.
