Private Events

Standard set up in all venue spaces for all packages besides the Empress & Windsor packages include: Black ladder back chairs, white linen tablecloths, ivory linen napkins, flatware, eclectic glassware & china, and seasonal faux floral centerpieces.

Upgrades for chairs, linens, florals and color coordination is available.

We do not have venue space fees – it is the per person price for the package you select plus tax and 22% service charge.

We do not allow outside food with the exception of dessert – cake, cookies etc. (Outside dessert fees applied)

Yes, we understand you are celebrating special moments in life and want to add personal touches to your event. Upon reserving, a welcome email will be sent to you that will go further into detail about the reservation including the do’s and don’ts for décor.

All outside venue spaces are either umbrella shaded or covered by the veranda.

We reserve on a first come first serve basis with deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable and goes towards your bill the day of your event.

Underneath each venue space picture you will see the minimum and maximum amount of guests needed in order to reserve the space.

Both Champagne and sparkling cider will be served for packages that include champagne for guests to choose from.

We can accommodate most dietary restrictions including Gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, & specific food allergies. Please note that all guest dietary restrictions must be made known prior to your event to not incur day of food change charges.

Underneath each package you will see time frames listed. Additional time can be added.

We recommend making your reservation 4-6 Months in advance

Yes, a contract will need to be signed within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. Contracts go over the terms and conditions for making a large party reservation as well as the details for the specific venue space you are reserving.

All outside vendors must be approved by Event Coordinator. Please note, all outside vendors including but not limited to photographers & entertainment staying for any duration of the event will receive a host paid $42 Vendor Tea package. Please ask your event coordinator for more details.
