I thought I was getting a great tasting tea, only to find out the label warns it contains soy and wheat. Now why in the world would you need to put soy and wheat in that tea? These are COMMON allergens...and now I paid a lot of money for tea I can't drink because you poisoned it with soy and wheat.

The Tea House provides a wonderful Tea experience and their number and quality of products is exceptional.
I had a question about my order and sent an email to their contact page. A staff member reached out and sent a lovely personalised message addressing my concerns and offering to do all that was in their control to help me. Really appreciated the personal touch and will definitely recommend.
This is a wonderful idea as there are so many teas to choose from. I found a new favorite, the private reserve.A bonus are the cute little canisters.
