Queen Catherine is named after the Portuguese princess who brought her love of tea to the English court in the 1600s. Inspired by her legacy, this rich black tea blend is smooth, full-bodied, and beautifully balanced—with notes of dark honey and cocoa in every sip. It’s a quiet nod to history, crafted in-house and recognized for its timeless flavor.

I ordered Queen Catherine on my first visit to the Tea House three years ago and I've loved it ever since. It is my Saturday morning staple. I appreciate that this strong brew is smooth enough to drink without sugar (but sometimes I sugar it anyway for a sweet treat!).
My first time at the Tea house and I ordered the Queen Catherine. I loved it. This tea was so lovely and with a bit of milk so smooth. I believe I drank almost my whole pot.

This is a wonderful idea as there are so many teas to choose from. I found a new favorite, the private reserve.A bonus are the cute little canisters.
I bought 3 more mixes, just in case they run out. The first batch was from a mix that I bought a few months ago and it sat on a shelf because I was intimidated to make it. The process was easy and the result delicious. The mix requires a few ingredients and it’s easy. It’s packaged beautifully for storage or to give us a gift. I love the abundance of currants so you’ll get a currant in every bite. I paired the scones with homemade clotted cream and a quality raspberry jam. Using a 2.5” round cutter, the yield was 16 scones. Our guests brought home the 6 leftovers and raved about the scones all week.
How is this possible? Cookie drink. I love it. It’s amazing. My wife loves it. We’re now cookie monsters, but the tea was so good that it was worth the transformation. We. Love. Cookie. 5 out of 5 cookies.
First time I ordered several samples to try because I love tea. Bourbon Street vanilla who was the first one I tried and it was really really good! I don't add sugar to my teas so this one was very flavored and you can taste the vanilla. Delicious even without sugar!! Can't wait to try the rest!
