I called and left a voicemail after hours to buy a gift card which I couldn’t figure out how to do online. I got a call early the next day by a very pleasant woman who helped me navigate to the right page. I put it my order and was hoping to get it in time for a gift. Not only did I receive exactly in time but they actually followed up to let me know it was shipped and let me know it was delivered. Talk about caring for your customers!!
