This nomination is more than just a milestone for our team—it’s a tribute to our guests, our community, and the generations of love that have poured into our little corner of San Juan Capistrano.
When Allan and Claudia Niccola first opened The Tea House, they couldn’t have imagined the legacy they were creating. And today, as their grandson Damian Orozco continues to lead with their same heart and hospitality, we’re reminded daily that family isn’t just about who you’re related to—it’s about the people who believe in what you’re building.
Our guests have given us the incredible gift of being part of their most meaningful moments—baby showers, bridal teas, birthdays, and those "just because" afternoons where conversation flows, connections deepen, and a teapot sits quietly at the heart of it all.
This nomination belongs to each and every one of you. You’ve trusted us to be part of your lives, and that has made all the difference.
