Where Should I Park?

The Tea House on Los Rios is located in the historic Los Rios District, a charming area with limited parking. We recommend parking at one of the following locations:

3. Ramos St. Parking Lot

What Should I Wear?

We love when our guests embrace the elegance of tea time! While we don’t have a strict dress code, many of our guests enjoy dressing up with fascinators or hats, especially for special occasions!

What’s Included in My Tea Experience?

Your tea experience will include a selection of fineloose leaf teas, served alongside beautifully arrangedplated tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones with California cream and house-made raspberry preserves, and a finale of sweets. There is an option available for guests to upgrade their tea experience to include additional items.

Can I Bring My Kids?

Absolutely! We welcome guests of all ages and offer aTreehouse Tea Experience for children 10 and under, featuring kid-friendly tea options along with tea sandwiches, scones, and treats. We also have achicken entrée called Big Ben’s Chicken, perfect for little ones who prefer a heartier meal. High chairs are available upon request.

Do You Accommodate Dietary Restrictions?

Yes! We offergluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan tea experiences with advance notice. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know when making your reservation or call at least 48 hours before your visit so we can prepare accordingly.

Do You Have Gluten-Free Options?

How Early Should I Arrive?

We recommend checking in10-15 minutes prior to your reservation time.If you're visiting on a weekend, arriving early will also give you time to stroll through the scenic Los Rios District before your tea experience begins.

Can I Request a Specific Table?

While we do our best to accommodate seating requests, we cannot guarantee specific tables. However, if you have a preference for indoor, outdoor, or patio seating, we encourage you tomention it when booking and we’ll do our best to honor your request.

What Happens If I Need to Change or Cancel My Reservation?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for at least48 hours' notice to avoid any cancellation fees. For large parties and private events, additional policies may apply.

Can I Walk In, or Is a Reservation Required?

We allowwalk-ins, but we are often fully booked, so it’s best to make a reservation in advance to guarantee your table.

Can I Bring Decorations or a Cake for a Special Occasion?
